Good things to write about: a figure on this site that does not match the listing any more, a lid verdict you think is wrong, a colourway we have missed, a page that will not open on your phone. Corrections are the most useful mail we get, and the lid table in particular is worth arguing with.
What we cannot do from here: change an order, arrange a return, or send you a replacement gasket. Orders live with Amazon, and their message system on the order itself reaches the seller who can act on it.
